About Us

 

 Landcrest Ventures is an advisory firm specializing in off-market site origination, parcel intelligence, landowner relations, and land-side project execution.


We help developers, utilities, infrastructure firms, land investors, and other land-active clients identify, qualify, and secure land opportunities across Texas. Our work spans the full land cycle — site origination and ownership research, landowner outreach, GIS-supported parcel analysis, infrastructure and right-of-way review, easement and site-control coordination, negotiation support, and project tracking from initial search through completion.


Clients engage Landcrest when they need capable, project-based land support without building a full internal land team. We can enter at the start of a project to originate sites, build candidate parcel lists, qualify landowners, and organize parcel intelligence — or step in to support the site-control efforts through landowner discussions, options, leases, purchases, easements, and right-of-way coordination. Throughout, we coordinate with your title, legal, survey, engineering, environmental, and utility teams as the work requires.


Our role is to keep the land side of every project organized, responsive, and moving. Whether the assignment is an off-market site search, a single tract or a multi-county parcel sweep, a utility corridor, a pipeline ROW, a fiber route, option or lease negotiations, purchase coordination, or ongoing landowner relations after site control, Landcrest delivers the field-ready support and reporting discipline clients need to execute.

 Co-Founder and Registered Landman with experience in Texas land, energy infrastructure, utility corridors, landowner outreach, and site origination. Derrik focuses on land-side execution, parcel strategy, and development-focused client support. 

Carl Dieckmann

 Co-Founder and Project Manager with experience in commercial real estate, land development, acquisition strategy, and client coordination. Carl focuses on site strategy, developer relationships, and structured land opportunities across Texas.
