Derrik Meador

Co-Founder and Registered Landman with experience in Texas land, energy infrastructure, utility corridors, landowner outreach, and site origination. Derrik focuses on land-side execution, parcel strategy, and development-focused client support.

Carl Dieckmann

Co-Founder and Project Manager with experience in commercial real estate, land development, acquisition strategy, and client coordination. Carl focuses on site strategy, developer relationships, and structured land opportunities across Texas. 

Derrik Meador and Carl Dieckmann are both licensed Texas real estate sales agents. Landcrest Ventures operates primarily as a land services and infrastructure advisory firm. Licensed real estate representation may be available when appropriate, subject to applicable brokerage and regulatory requirements.
